About the Role :

We are seeking an innovative Senior QA Engineer to revolutionize our testing practices through AI-powered test automation. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and ensure the highest quality standards for our financial technology platform. The ideal candidate combines deep testing expertise with technical proficiency in AI-assisted test generation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using AI tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright with AI augmentation)
• Utilize AI testing platforms (Testim, Applitools, Functionize) to generate and optimize test scripts
• Create comprehensive manual test cases using AI assistance for complex banking workflows
• Develop and execute test strategies for financial applications including payments, transactions, and compliance features
• Implement AI-driven test data generation for sensitive financial data scenarios
• Conduct security testing for financial applications with focus on data protection and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior QA team members in AI testing methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to shift-left quality assurance using AI-powered analysis
