Documentation Specialist

Job Description

The Technical Writer will support product success by developing clear, concise user documentation and in-product content for our products (Mobile & SaaS). This role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to accurately translate technical concepts into user-friendly materials while continuously developing writing and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, help articles, FAQs, and in-app messaging, under the guidance of senior writers or product leads.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather information about new features and updates to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Participate in reviewing and testing documentation for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Identify documentation gaps and propose improvements to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to multiple formats of content, including digital, print, and online help resources.
• Support internal teams by providing clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Learn and apply best practices in technical writing and UX copywriting to develop skills.
