Job description

As the Asst. Manager – Partnerships, your role will cut across corporates, athletes, sports teams, and sports & fitness enthusiasts in general, with a key focus on sustaining & establishing new revenue-generating partnerships for the organization.

CSR

  • Manage the end-to-end CSR life-cycle with select key accounts, including reporting, compliances, social media, and renewals
  • Actively engage with new corporate funders – making pitches and getting them on board
  • Create customized proposals in sync with the partnership structure and available opportunities, in close coordination with the program teams, finance team, and technical director

External Teams & Athletes

  • Single point of contact for all inbound queries for external teams & athletes that wish to come down to the IIS Vijayanagar facility for training camps, sports science testing, and injury rehab and recovery interventions.
  • Conceptualize and implement these initiatives, including creating the pricing and proposal, aligning stakeholders across all relevant teams, and ensure timely billing and payment collections.
  • Work in close coordination with every department within the organization to ensure all events at IIS are executed seamlessly.
  • HNI Fundraising & Relationships

  • Drive the implementation of the IIS Patrons Club, including cold-outreach to potential members, nurturing relationships, and eventually converting them into donors.
  • Be the face of the organization and independently manage external stakeholders (HNIs / potential donors) visits IIS, with an aim to convert them into individual donors or CSR donors.
  • Organize Boot camps for these individuals / groups of individuals at IIS with an aim to eventually convert them into IIS donors.
  • Skills Required : Must Haves :

  • Collaborative and ability to work with teams across functions
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
  • Adaptability, and a quick learner with a strategic mindset
  • Keen interest in sports, and Olympic Sports in specific
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with HNIs, Corporate Heads, as well as vendors and other field staff
  • Good to Have :

  • Prior experience in event management and execution is a bonus
