About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Pre Sales Associate . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and scheduling demo sessions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Engage with all new leads provided via phone calls or other communication channels.
- Schedule and book demo sessions for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and effective relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
- Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, leveraging strong communication skills to build rapport.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.Excellent spoken English and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.Strong CRM management and organizational skills, ensuring seamless data entry and record-keeping.A laptop / desktop and high-speed internet connection, as well as proficiency in relevant software applications.Prior experience in pre-sales or outbound calling is highly desirable, although not essential.Flexibility to work night shifts (US hours), if required.Benefits :
