Journal Project Manager with over 2 to 5 years of publishing industry experience—especially supporting client platforms—has diverse responsibilities focused on project delivery, client interaction, production workflow, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end journal production, including manuscript processing, editorial reviewing, corrections, and final delivery to client platforms including issue compilation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authors, and editorial teams; manage communication to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop, track, and update project schedules; monitor progress against SLAs and escalate issues to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Oversee quality checks on proofs, layouts, and metadata to align with client and publishing standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years in academic or STM publishing (journals / books), preferably in project management or production roles.Experience working with digital client platformsStrong project management, client-facing, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online workflow tools.Good understanding of the overall publishing process, ethical policies, and data management practices.If Interested please share your resume to lalitha.mohan@integra.co.in
