Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist with 5+ years of professional HR experience have experience working with US-based companies
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and supporting compliance with company and client HR policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Work for a US company on HR processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and time tracking.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR audits, policy updates, and compliance with labor laws.
- Complete understanding for US immigration processes like H-1, Green Cards etc
- Organize employee engagement programs and internal communications.
