Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Process Developer, Order To Cash

Identify process improvements to improve customer behaviour, cash processes, and auto cash match. Share knowledge gained with Team Lead and Team.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle

  • Conducting research and reviewing proposals and quotes.
  • Ensuring that all quotations are accurate, complete, and in line with the client's needs.
  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking price quotes for products or services
  • Manage the quoting keying process, within the target SLAs as defined by the management
  • Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports
  • Ongoing maintenance of customer accounts continuously identifying and correcting items that require re-keying or maintenance
  • Maintain 100% accuracy while processing and generating reports.
  • Ability to interpret customer documentation / emails and solve problems related to customer queries
  • Must be willing to work in shifts as required.
  • Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Accurate interpretation of vague remittance documentation
  • Ability to deal with system issues and missing bank files
  • Time management ensuring all time targets met

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Graduate : B. Com

Relevant experience in Contract Management

Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) - CEFR Level B2 or C1

Preferred qualifications

Good customer handling skills

Experience in Automotive industry

Good interpersonal skills that can lead multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail

Good team commitment and results delivery orientation

Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes

Good understanding of Oracle,SAP & Excel

Able to navigate through PowerBi reports
