Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a diverse team of Client Partners and Sr. Account Managers across geographies (Europe, APAC, Middle East, India) , ensuring alignment with business goals & regional dynamics.
Drive strategic account growth by leveraging data insights, performance metrics, and market trends to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Foster a culture of accountability and rigor, ensuring that teams are driven by data and maintain high standards of execution excellence.
Partner closely with marketing, delivery, practice and consulting teams to create and execute tailored growth strategies that scale accounts efficiently and sustainably.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and position our solutions effectively.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Mentor and develop the team, promoting professional growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Champion the adoption of tools, technologies, and processes that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience (20+ years) in Account Management or Sales leadership roles, preferably managing teams across multiple international geographies.
Experience in managing and driving account portfolios with revenues in excess of USD 100 million across global markets.
Demonstrated success in growing large accounts and scaling business with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies.
Past experience in delivery management and a strong expertise in technology will be a plus
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and motivating remote and diverse teams.
Experience working with CRM / analytics tools to drive sales and account management strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior clients and internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business plans.
Willingness to travel as required to client locations and regional offices.
