Job description

Our team seeks a skilled Data Analyst to explore and analyze publicly available demographic datasets.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in sampling theory , statistical analysis , and sampling techniques .

Data Preparation : The candidate will curate publicly available demographic datasets, perform quality checks, and ensure data integrity.
Statistical Analysis : The selected individual will apply distribution analysis, parameter estimation, and relationship mapping between demographic variables.
Synthetic Data Generation : Using sampling techniques, the analyst will design representative synthetic populations for Indian states.

Requirements :

A Masters degree or higher in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or Quantitative Social Sciences from a premier institute.

Advanced knowledge of statistical programming (R, Python, or Stata) is required.
