Specialist - People Operations

Elevate is looking to hire Specialist People Operations. As an Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end onboarding, Offboarding, benefits, compliance of EU / UK region. You will collaborate with our external partners and the internal finance team to ensure smooth processing.

Specifically, the Specialist- People Operations will

• Ensure that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensure that they are ready to be productive from day one.
• Manage and create profiles on HRIS / various other HR systems.
• Draft and manage offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates in the EU / UK region.
• Learn and manage statutory compliance in the EU / UK region.
• Work on and manage the People Operations ticketing system.
• Deal with HR related queries from the employees.
• Set up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
• Set up standard company induction programs for new hires
