We leverage 3D, XR, and animation to enhance learning and storytelling for students from Grade 1 to 12 across GSEB and NCERT boards in Gujarati, Hindi, and English mediums.About the Role -We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Animator to join our design and production team. You will play a key role in developing engaging and visually stunning 3D content for educational videos, explainer animations, AR / VR modules, and game-based learning applications.Key Responsibilities -3D Animation Creation – Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, props, scenes, and environments.Integration with Projects – Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate animations into projects such as games, explainer videos, and AR / VR content.Real-Time Optimization – Ensure animations are optimized for performance in engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.Feedback & Revisions – Iterate and refine animations based on internal reviews and project feedback.File Management & Delivery – Maintain asset libraries and deliver animations in appropriate formats and resolutions.Required Skills -Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds MaxSolid grasp of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.)Skilled in 3D modeling (organic & hard-surface), UV mapping, and texturingHands-on experience with rigging and skinning for animationfamiliarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal EngineBasic understanding of lighting, rendering, and compositing workflowsAbility to interpret creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into 3D scenesStrong communication and collaboration skills for working across departmentsPreferred Qualifications : Degree / Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related fieldExperience in gaming, AR / VR, or cinematic animationJob Details -Type : Full-TimeTiming : 9 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)Salary : Based on experience and skill levelWhy Join Melzo?Innovate in EdTech – Bring learning to life through 3D animation and immersive contentWork on AR / VR & Gamified Learning ProjectsCreative Freedom & Collaboration – Work with a passionate, multi-disciplinary teamBuild for Impact – Help students learn better with engaging visual contentApply Now -Send your resume and portfolio / demo reel to with the subject -“Application – 3D Animator”
