Salesforce Architect

Experience- 12 Years

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Health Cloud and proven multi-cloud delivery expertise.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (identity resolution, harmonized data models, segmentation) and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Personalization).
• Demonstrated integration experience with CTI systems (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) .
• Hands-on experience with FHIR / HL7 standards, APIs, Mulesoft, and middleware integration patterns .
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data interoperability standards .
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred : Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Data Cloud Consultant
• Marketing Cloud Architect or Consultant
• Integration Architect (nice to have)
• Experience architecting payer and provider solutions (claims, care management, referral management, patient engagement).
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to translate technical architecture into business impact .
• Exposure to AI / ML applications in healthcare engagement, personalization, or predictive analytics .
