Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT product / service sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch IT products / services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.Bachelor's degree is mandatory .Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand IT products, solutions, and market dynamics.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player.Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).Benefits
