Job descriptionWork collaboratively with the sales team to define and document the scope of work.- Provide initial workflows & solutions to clients & systems design, refine over the design process to provide final quotation and supporting documentation.- Work with internal resources and the client to provide demonstrations and documentation for the concept system.- Work collaboratively with internal, client, and third-party teams to understand current and future business and technical requirements.- Take the lead on proposal creation and refinement, take ownership, and produce accurate documentation for the bid set.- Create clear and well-thought-out design workflows, gap analysis, functional specifications, and a budget.- Act as the technical authority throughout the design, pre-commissioning, onsite commissioning, training, and sustaining engineering phases.- Proficiency with MS Office, CAD / CAM, and design tools.Qualifications : - Experience in designing, documenting, and sustaining full life cycle end-to-end enterprise-wide client-facing projects.- Experience working with Pro AV, post, broadcast & media solutions.- Problem-solving and strong communication skills.- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.- Must have 7-8 or more years of experience being a solutions architect with a reputed SI.- Experience with Pro AV, Broadcast, Post & IT-related network infrastructure.- Good written and verbal communication skills.
