Job description2-5 years of agency experience as Senior Designer. Strong understanding of Real Estate, BFSI, and E-Commerce visual communication styles. Proven ability to craft brand identities , campaign visuals , and integrated brand systems . Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects a plus). Deep understanding of composition, typography, and color psychology . Exceptional taste, attention to detail, and an obsession with storytelling through design. A strong portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and executional excellence. Think like a strategist and design like an artist. Believe every pixel should have a purpose. Can lead teams, inspire clients, and translate strategy into stunning creative. Want to work in a fast-paced, ideas-first environment where creativity meets intent. Work directly with visionary brands redefining their industries. Our clients span across Real Estate, BFSI, and E-Commerce , and we’re now looking for another Art Director who can lead design thinking, visual storytelling, and brand identity creation that truly moves people .
What You’ll Do
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns across digital, film, and experiential platforms.
- Translate brand strategies into cohesive, impactful design systems.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy, copy, and motion teams to create integrated brand communication.
- Supervise designers and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and execute campaign ideas that align with client objectives and resonate emotionally.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Stay ahead of trends in #Design, #Branding, and #ConsumerBehavior — and bring innovation into every brief.
