Labour Laws and Human Resource Management

to join our team.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end HR operations, including

recruitment, employee relations, and performance management .

Drive

training and development programs

to enhance employee skills and growth.

Ensure

strict compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations .

Partner with leadership and teams to strengthen workplace culture.

Manage policies, frameworks, and processes to support organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum

5 years of experience

in HR and Labour Law compliance.

Strong knowledge of

recruitment, employee relations, and performance management .

Expertise in

training & development

and handling compliance matters.

Excellent

organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills .

Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Experience in the

education industry

is a plus.

MBA in Human Resources

and

Bachelor of Law (LLB)

required.
