Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Manrit Overseas Pvt Ltd located in H-10 1st Floor,South Extension Part 1 New Delhi-110049. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing the front desk area, attending to visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude

Strong organisational and time management skills

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Front Desk Duties :

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude.

Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.

Maintain and organise the reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

Video Editing & Photo Posting : (Advantages)

Edit and enhance videos for promotional and internal use.

Create and post visually appealing photos and videos on our social media platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.

Ensure brand consistency across all posts and edits.

1. Salary And Work Timing

  • . Up to 20K(Depend Of Interview)

Timing : -10 am to 6.30 pm

Social Media Management :

Maintain and update social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.

Analyse social media metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content posting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Creativity and an eye for design are a plus.
