Job Title : Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms to drive growth, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, create, and manage

paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).

Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, including

CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

Conduct

keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements :

Proven experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management.

Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

On-site presence in Mumbai is mandatory
