About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automation testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. They will be able to work independently and effectively in an Agile process and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute test scripts for testing Journey Builder builds
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business teams to ensure quality E2E and UAT testing process
• Design and implement test strategies, plans, cases, and execution
• Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall system performance
• Identify and report potential issues and areas for improvement
