𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 : 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 :

On-site role (no hybrid / remote)
Six-day work week with two Saturdays off
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲, 𝗔𝗺𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶, 𝗣𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 :

We’re seeking a 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 to lead our marketing function, drive growth, and build brand equity. This is a full-time, on-site role involving frequent pan-India travel having experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy industries.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, social, and traditional channels

Oversee and evaluate performance of marketing agencies and vendors

Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility

Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor engagements effectively

Collaborate with Sales and senior management for aligned marketing efforts

Track and report on marketing KPIs and progress toward goals

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 :

1. 12+ years experience in marketing, branding, promotions; agency / vendor management a plus

2. Education : Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

3. Sector Preference : Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing is desirable

4. Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, analytical mindset.
