Identifying and Generating New Business Opportunities
Research potential markets and industries for expansion.
Identify and approach prospective clients through networking cold calls and emails.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Building and Maintaining Relationships with Clients
Establish strong connections with potential and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing effective solutions and timely follow-ups.
Developing and Executing Sales Strategies
Create sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Conducting Market Research to Identify Trends and Competitors
Analyze industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Gather insights to refine business strategies and improve service offerings.
Identify gaps in the market and recommend innovative solutions.
Collaborating with Internal Teams to Drive Business Growth
Work with marketing product and finance teams to align business goals.
Provide feedback on customer needs to improve products / services.
