Role Brief :

We're looking to hire a Content Strategist & Integrated Marketing Executor with strong foundation in finance to lead the ideation, creation, planning, and end-to-end execution of high-impact content across digital & traditional platforms. This role is at the heart of Ashika's brand storytelling - transforming complex financial insights into relatable, engaging, and shareable content that drives awareness, trust, and action. You will be responsible for owning the full content lifecycle : from strategy and calendar planning to scripting, cross-team coordination, publishing, and performance analysis. If you can craft a viral Instagram Reel on SIPs as effortlessly as you can build a data-backed quarterly content plan, this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities :

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, website) aligned with market trends and product launches.
• Create tailored content journeys for diverse audiences (new investors, HNIs, millennials) using behavioural insights.
• Translate financial and macroeconomic trends into engaging, audience-centric narratives.
