We are seeking a skilled Sr. IT Engineer specializing in AV-VC services to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting AV-VC solutions in corporate settings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality AV experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage AV-VC solutions for corporate environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV-VC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV-VC services.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on AV-VC systems.
Stay updated with the latest AV-VC technologies and trends to enhance service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in AV-VC systems design and implementation.

Strong understanding of AV technologies including video conferencing, digital signage, and audio systems.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV-VC equipment and software.

Experience with unified communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx.

Knowledge of network protocols related to AV systems, such as SIP, RTP, and H.323.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CCNA, AVIXA) are a plus.
