Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate should possess both functional understanding of HR processes and strong technical skills in Oracle HCM tools and integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation, configuration, and support activities across Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and ORC.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
- Manage data uploads and migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams and clients to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Act as a Solution Delivery Authority, helping clients make informed decisions about scope, cost, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across configurations, integrations, and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise :
Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).Strong techno-functional expertise across Core HR, Compensation, ORC, and related modules.Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and SQL / PLSQL.Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support projects.Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Good to Have :
Exposure to Payroll, Absence Management, or Talent Management modules.Experience in end-to-end project delivery for global clients.(ref : hirist.tech)
