Job Description :

At Substance Communications, we are seeking a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to join our team as a full-time Copy / Content Writer. As a member of the creative team, you will be responsible for writing and editing copy for various projects, including posters, websites, posts, videos, TVCs and social media. You will work closely with the creative teams to brainstorm ideas and create concepts. Thorough research and one should understand our client's industry, products / services, branding, and marketing goals.

Responsibilities of the Job :

Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts for assigned brands.

Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, and interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.

Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.

Brainstorm ideas and create creative content.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 2 year of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work.

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Knowledge of marketing and branding strategies

Ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
