Job Summary

The Manager Warehouse Operations (IT Infrastructure / OAV) will oversee warehouse operations along with IT infrastructure and OAV support services. The role ensures smooth AV / VC operations IT asset movement reconciliation documentation and compliance while managing on-ground teams and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and on-ground teams

Oversee AV / VC room checks and basic troubleshooting

Coordinate physical movement deployment and replacement of IT / AV assets

Ensure alternate-week asset reconciliation labeling and reporting

Maintain documentation for asset movement (gate passes invoices)

Act as SPOC for site-level coordination with client IT and logistics teams

Ensure SLA adherence compliance and operational readiness

Skills & Experience

Strong warehouse operations experience

Exposure to IT Infrastructure / AV / VC / OAV support

Experience managing skilled & semi-skilled workforce

Good coordination reporting and documentation skills

Qualifications

Graduate in Operations / Logistics / IT or related field

4 8 years of relevant experience preferred
