Job Title : Freelance Online Teacher (One-on-One with American Students)

Job Summary :

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced Freelance Online Tutors to deliver one-on-one virtual reading and English sessions to children in the United States through our interactive learning app.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with American children and a proven track record of effective online instruction. A background in supporting students with dyslexia or learning differences will be a strong advantage.

This is a freelance, remote position—perfect for educators who are enthusiastic about helping children improve their reading fluency, comprehension, and confidence in a flexible, supportive virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct engaging and interactive one-on-one online tutoring sessions with students using our learning app.
• Design and implement individualized learning plans based on each student's unique needs, skill level, and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based reading strategies to support children with dyslexia and other learning differences.
• Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on performance and improvement areas.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents / guardians regarding student progress.
• Collaborate with our internal development team to share feedback and suggestions for improving the learning app.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in literacy instruction and special education.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging virtual classroom that fosters student motivation and confidence.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding confidentiality, professionalism, and online safety.
