Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and building brands?

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Head to lead our India business, shape national strategies, and strengthen our leadership in the Vehicle segment .

What you’ll do :

✅ Lead and execute national sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets

✅ Build and manage dealer / distributor networks across India

✅ Drive marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building activities

✅ Strengthen relationships with fleet operators, logistics players & government bodies

✅ Mentor and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team

✅ Collaborate with leadership to define long-term growth strategies

What we’re looking for :

🎓 MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)

💼 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Vehicle industry experience a must)

📈 Proven track record of scaling business & expanding distribution networks

🤝 Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
