Job Title : Network Administrator – Support Focus / Senior Network Administrator

Job Summary :
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network (LAN / WAN / Security) Administrator to join our international IT team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on providing technical support and maintaining network infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Checkpoint , Aruba , ClearPass NAC , and Zscaler technologies. This role requires a high degree of independent work and problem-solving skills as well as collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls , Aruba network devices , and ClearPass NAC systems.Monitor our global LAN and WAN infrastructureWork with out external SD WAN provider in the resolution of WAN line outageTroubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issuesTroubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.Collaborate with international teams especially in Singapore and the German HQMaintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in network administration and support.Hands-on experience with :Checkpoint firewall configuration and managementAruba switches, wireless infrastructure and clearpass NACZscaler cloud security platformCisco routers (not mandatory)Strong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.Ability to work independently and manage tasks and support cases with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Experience working in a multinational team environment .Preferred Skills :
Relevant certifications (e.g., Checkpoint CCSA / CCSE, Aruba ACMA / ACMP, Zscaler Certified).Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
