Position 1 : Sales Intern

Compensation : ₹ 6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Incentives : Performance-based (on every deal closed)

Growth : Opportunity to become a full-time Sales Executive after internship

Role Overview :

As a Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development. You’ll work closely with the senior team to identify potential clients, build connections, and contribute to Apex Consulting’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new leads through calls, social media, and outreach campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM data and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication in Hindi and English.
  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about marketing, sales, and client management.
  • Self-driven, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Position 2 : Sales Executive

    Type : Full-time

    Salary : ₹15,000 per month

    Incentives : Deal-based incentives (after every successful closure)

    Work Days : Monday – Saturday (Half day on Saturday)

    Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

    Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development

    Role Overview :

    As a Sales Executive, you will take the lead in identifying potential clients, pitching Apex Consulting’s services, and closing business deals. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with business owners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper follow-up records and client data.
  • Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Goal-oriented and result-driven.
  • Prior internship or 6+ months of sales experience preferred.
