Role Description

We are hiring for Senior HANA DB Consultant for our prestigious clients.

This position requires strong SAP Technical and HANA / ASE DB expertise with minimum 8 years & above.

  • Work Experience :
  • Experience in different database concepts for HANA / ASE
  • Exposure to the automation tools / scripting or processes
  • DB installations and upgrade, Planning, setup and implementation
  • Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing and tuning of Systems
  • proficiency in technical documentation
  • Continuous support of SAP systems and problem solving
  • Development of concepts and tools to solve and prevent problems and to increase efficiency
  • Working in international teams and driving global knowledge transfer and best practices
  • DB performance optimization on detailed level
  • Willingness to take on call duty / Weekend tasks.
  • Willing to Work with additional and new databases is must like HANA, Sybase.
  • DB Concept on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copy, high availability and disaster recovery strategy, export-import , replication is must.
  • Experience in Operations Support in a Global Team
  • SLA up keeping and Customer Satisfaction initiatives
  • Good to have :
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong academic degree in Business management.
  • Should have good Automation skills and willing to improve tools in operations.
  • PMP or ITIL certification is a consideration (Optional)
  • Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational databases.
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
