About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) , with 10+ years of experience in building high-performance mobile apps for iOS and Android. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter , especially in environments with offline or low connectivity , advanced memory management and WebView integration .

You'll take the lead in architecting, developing and optimizing apps for scale, responsiveness, and stability, while also mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across design and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter mobile applications
• Design and implement offline-first architecture , including local storage, data sync and conflict resolution
• Optimize apps for low memory usage, fast load times and smooth performance
• Integrate and manage WebViews with secure native-web communication
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers for seamless product delivery
• Perform code reviews and enforce Flutter best practices
• Write maintainable code with thorough documentation and test coverage
• Troubleshoot issues across a variety of devices and network conditions
