Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional customer service and support in an international Fin-Tech environment

Communicate effectively and professionally with global clients in English

Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests

Qualifications :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred :

Immediate joiners will be given priority

Compensation :

Salary : Up to ₹35,000
