Role / Job Title : Senior Growth Hacker

Function / Department : Digital Acquisition

Job Purpose

Drive revenue and expand user base through various strategic digital initiatives, which involves user acquisition, monetization, and analysis to fuel sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading and directing the implementation of strategic and operative on and off-page SEO strategies and optimization
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Leading technical SEO analysis (traffic, keyword rankings, backlinking, etc.), identifying and executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions
• Generate monthly performance report on SEO KPIs
• Coordinate with SEO agency to drive planning and delivery
• Developing, track and monitor SEO targets, including KPIs, in alignment with business strategy
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders across marketing and product
• Staying ahead of industry changes and act as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO
• Lead ASO growth for the mobile banking app on PlayStore and Appstore

Education Qualification

Graduation : Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management

Post-graduation : MBA, PGDM to be included if required.

Experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Work Experience

Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google search console.

Understanding of search engine & crawling
