Key Responsibilities :

Data Migration Oversight :

• Lead the planning and execution of data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity during migration.

Analysis and Validation :

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing data to identify discrepancies and develop solutions.
• Validate migrated data to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with business requirements.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, issues, and resolutions.
• Prepare reports on migration progress, challenges, and outcomes for stakeholders.

Team Leadership :

• Supervise and mentor junior staff involved in the data migration process.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' skills in data management and accounting practices.

Process Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data handling and accounting workflows.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in future Bachelor's / master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification 5+ years of experience in accounting or data migration projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with accounting software and data migration tools is a plus.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
