About the Job

• Greet and seat guests
• Assist waitstaff by serving food and beverages to guests.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of all equipment and supplies.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with setting up tables, including laying out tableware.
• Clear tables of used dishes and other items.
• Restock supplies and inform management of shortages.
• Assist kitchen and waitstaff as needed to ensure efficient service.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones or taking reservations, depending on the establishment.
