Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Hardware Network Support Engineer, located in Midnapore .West Bengal.(preference - Midnapore district) The IT Hardware Network Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, administering, and troubleshooting network hardware and software systems. The role involves configuring network devices, ensuring network security, monitoring network performance, and providing support to end-users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Ability to manage Network Security and ensure data protection
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware and software issues
• Background in Information Technology, including hardware and software support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
