Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Team Leader / Sales Manager
for our
East and North Bangalore offices . This is a
full-time, on-site role
for professionals with strong leadership skills and real estate sales experience.
The role focuses on managing a team of property advisors, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and building strong client and developer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property advisors.
Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
Support team members with client interactions, negotiations, and site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
Collaborate with marketing and presales teams for lead generation and tracking.
Monitor team performance using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and professional conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience :
1–7 years in real estate sales, investment advisory, or related fields, with leadership or team management experience.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate market trends in Bangalore is preferred.
