- 14–17 years of ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Minimum 3 years in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or Architecture role

Role Overview
The Sr. Solution Architect (ServiceNow) – CoE will lead strategic enablement of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. This position requires deep platform expertise, strong architectural capability, and the ability to mentor teams while driving scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Opportunity Solutioning
Plan and estimate new project opportunitiesEvaluate ServiceNow fitment, feasibility, and value propositionSupport creation of project implementation roadmapsContribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planningProduce high-level architecture diagramsIdentify platform risks and propose mitigation strategiesProvide technical inputs for RFPs2. Consulting – Solution Design & Architecture (Presales to Delivery)
Develop consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholdersProvide transparent and strategic guidanceIdentify risks, opportunities, and improvement areasDrive ROI optimization for customersSupport integration architecture (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server)Define CI / CD deployment strategies with delivery teamsAnticipate future scalability and platform needsAdvocate for enhancements and integrations that improve business outcomes3. Coaching & Collaboration with Delivery Teams
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders for alignmentGuide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and platform usageCommunicate complex technical concepts clearlyShare updates on new ServiceNow features and releasesMentor team members and drive knowledge sharingSupport technical upskilling for fresher and junior talentEstablish and maintain QA best practices and guidelines4.
