Role Description
This role is for someone who wants to experience what it truly takes to build a fashion label from the inside out. You’ll work closely with the founder assisting across everything from design and fittings to vendor meetings, production checks, and creative coordination.
You’ll be her right hand, stepping in wherever needed to make sure every idea turns into something beautiful and real.
You won’t just watch the brand grow, you’ll grow with it. Over time, you’ll develop a sharp understanding of how design, business, and storytelling come together building not just creative skill but entrepreneurial vision.

Skills & Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Fashion Design , Textile Design or Fashion Production (NIFT, Pearl, INIFD, JD Institute or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates or final-year students (seeking internship) with an interest in brand-building and production coordination are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills :
Understanding of sampling, pattern-making and garment construction processes .Knowledge of fabric behavior, trims and surface techniques .Ability to assist in tech pack creation and garment documentation , ensuring design precision through every production stage.Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking production and inventory.Comfortable using Google Drive / Notion / Canva / Photoshop for visual organization.Basic understanding of vendor communication and garment costing.Soft Skills :
Exceptionally organized, proactive and reliable .Strong communication skills : confident with vendors, artisans and internal teams.Deep aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of minimal, timeless design.Emotionally intelligent, observant, and able to make thoughtful decisions.Thrives in fast-paced creative environments balancing structure with flexibility.Keen visual eye able to understand Darshé’s tone and translate abstract ideas into mood boards and visual stories.Strong sense of documentation, skilled at taking clear notes during fittings, vendor reviews, meetings and creative discussions.Key Responsibilities :
Work side by side with the founder across all aspects of the brand — from creative direction to production execution.Coordinate with vendors, artisans and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines and craftsmanship align with Darshé’s standards.Assist in fittings, fabric sourcing, sampling, and production follow-ups ensuring each design translates beautifully from sketch to reality.Support daily brand operations : inventory, studio organization, logistics and atelier coordination.Participate in creative processes from mood boarding and collection prep to campaign planning and photoshoots.Be present for shoots, BTS and on-ground brand activities helping capture content, manage flow and ensure everything runs seamlessly.Track the founder’s schedule, tasks, and meetings to keep operations running smoothly and priorities aligned.Learn and contribute to brand strategy, developing both creative understanding and entrepreneurial instinct through real, hands-on experience.Additional Benefits :
