We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor / Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hotel management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, including IDS (Integrated Data System).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
