Role Summary Lead the development of advanced GenAI solutions, mentor teams, and drive engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design, development, and integration.
- Guide prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and PMs to shape solution roadmaps.
- Own performance benchmarking, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
- Drive adoption of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LangSmith in engineering workflows.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise products using APIs and cloud-native services.
- Ensure observability, traceability, and governance in GenAI pipelines.
