Finance Specialist

As a driven professional in finance, you will contribute to the delivery of financial advisory services. Your role involves building and maintaining comprehensive financial models, conducting industry research, creating high-quality marketing materials, and collaborating with senior bankers on all aspects of deal execution.

• Develop detailed financial models for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
• Conduct thorough company valuations and assess key performance indicators for successful deals.
• Create analytical reports, including pro forma modeling and sensitivity testing.
• Work closely with senior bankers on all phases of transaction execution.
• Prepare presentation-ready materials, including pitch books and client reports.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and collaborate with external advisors during deal execution.
• Support the creation of investment memorandums and transaction-related documents.
