Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team and drive efficient implementation, configuration, and support of the Oracle Fusion Payroll module. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion Payroll implementations, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement the Oracle Fusion Payroll module based on business requirements
- Manage Payroll processing cycles, testing, validations, and error resolutions
- Design and maintain Fast Formulas related to Payroll calculations and eligibility rules
- Develop and execute data loads using HDL and HSDL for Payroll components
- Support payroll integrations with third-party systems and internal applications
- Create payroll reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll requirements
- Perform payroll reconciliation, audits, and validations
- Provide post-go-live support, user training, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Time & Labor teams to ensure seamless payroll processing
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and resolve payroll-related challenges
