Oracle Fusion / HCM Functional Consultant

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Functional : 5+ : PAN india

Must have minimum 5+ Years of Experience & 2-3 implementations experience. As an Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) Functional Consultant must have Functional / Configuration experience in Any of the below modules from the list of modules mentioned below : Benefits , Learning , OTL ,Compensation , US / Canada Payroll.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) Functional Consultant with strong configuration and implementation experience across key HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and should have successfully completed at least 23 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configuring modules, and providing expert-level functional Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into

functional specifications.

Provide expert-level functional support for any of the following modules :

phases.

scripts, and user manuals.

modules : Benefits, Learning, OTL, Compensation, US / Canada Payroll.
