Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering : Work closely with business leaders and managers to understand team priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Employee Engagement : Design and drive engagement initiatives to strengthen Packfora’s culture and values.
- Performance & Development : Partner with managers to implement performance management, feedback cycles, and career development conversations.
- Capability Building : Identify skill gaps, support L&D programs, and facilitate workshops to upskill employees.
- Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor for employees, ensuring timely resolution of queries, concerns, and conflicts.
- HR Programs & Processes : Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, rewards & recognition, diversity & inclusion, and policy implementation.
- Analytics & Insights : Use HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving retention, productivity, and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition : Provide support in niche or leadership hiring as required, in collaboration with the TA team.
Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced organization.Strong understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management.Ability to influence, build relationships, and act as a cultural ambassador.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.Proficiency in HR tools like HROne , data analysis, and MS Office Suite.
