Job description

Daily monitoring of all production applications and systems

Analyze operating systems, middleware components, and third-party vendor systems to determine what patches are required, then coordinate across groups to ensure patch levels

Knowledge of standards / regulations impacting information Technology and Business operations (e.g. DFS, AML, OFAC)

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to deliver service to agreed levels successfully
