Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Pre sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries, and demonstrating the value of our investment options. Daily tasks include consulting with customers, providing detailed insights, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored proposals. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of investing in farmlands.
Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain Farmland projects
Schedule appointments and make customers to visit our projects
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client communication in CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets. Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (Graduate, Post Graduate or relevant field preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
