Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Head of Institutional Partnerships to lead the expansion of Backstage across India’s top schools.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships with schools, education boards, and institutional networks — making Mashup Edu a national name in modern music education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end institutional partnerships for Backstage — from strategy to on-ground execution.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, education management teams, and partner networks.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to onboard new schools each month.
• Collaborate with the internal team to tailor event formats and offerings for schools.
• Drive revenue through institutional partnerships and event collaborations.
• Represent Mashup Edu at education events, conferences, and school fairs.
• Track partnership performance, feedback, and optimise engagement strategies.
