Key Responsibilities :
- Assist site engineers in day-to-day supervision and site execution activities.
- Learn and understand project drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Support in quantity surveying, material estimation, and measurement of work.
- Monitor progress of construction and report deviations, if any.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material and work execution.
- Assist in maintaining site documentation such as daily progress reports, material records, and checklists.
- Observe and support quality checks and safety measures at the construction site.
- Participate in internal meetings and reviews to understand project planning and timelines.
- Undertake any other learning assignments as guided by the site in-charge or project head.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.Good analytical and problem-solving ability.Willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions.Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Learning Opportunities :
